The hotel had clean and modern rooms with friendly staff, who provided excellent service. the location was ideal for shopping, with a large mall only 10 minutes away by taxi. a 24-hour convenience store was located next to the hotel, offering basic necessities.
The hotel's location was a bit inconvenient, as there were no metro stations nearby. the limited selection of buffet breakfast was not very enjoyable, as most options were bland and tasteless.

Good value for this money. Nice room design.
Not very good location. 15 minutes to metro by foot, 20 minutes to East Railway Station. 25 RMB for taxi to Canton Tower if there isn't traffic. Staff speak English poorly but we always found the way to describe our problem

The hotel is located in a convenient area, close to the largest shopping mall in the district and just a short taxi ride away from the airport. Despite the lack of nearby metro stations, there is a 24-hour convenience store within reach. the clean and modern rooms provide a comfortable stay, with the helpful front desk offering assistance in transportation and travel advice. the breakfast options, although limited, are satisfactory during weekdays and the service provided by the staff is exceptional.
One drawback is that the walkway leading to the rooms can be quite dark if they are not fully occupied.

The hotel staff was really polite although they did not speak English.
In the room there is not any mini bar or safety box as it is indicated on the site. In addition they do not speak english at all and it was almost impossible to communicate in plenty of cases. The breakfast was very poor and chinese.

The hotel was conveniently located in the Tian He district, with easy access to Teem Mall, the largest shopping mall in the area. The rooms were clean and modern, providing a comfortable stay.- The front desk staff were helpful and friendly, offering assistance with taxis and providing advice on local attractions and shopping areas.
One of the major drawbacks of the hotel was the lack of nearby metro stations, requiring guests to rely on taxis for transportation. The buffet breakfast offered on weekends had limited selections and was quite tasteless.
